Problem statement:

When adding a role to the user, it's difficult to quickly scan the list of roles to find the one I want. Sorting this list alphabetically instead of by order of creation would help me to find the correct role without having to read every item on the list individually, in order

Proposed solution:

Sort the list of roles alphabetically wherever it's presented in a user interface: Notably, the Admin addition dialoge, and announcement display selection fields.

See below for the current view - adding roles to users is difficult given the lack of a sensible sorting option.
