Currently a rubric used to score an assignment has to match the total points awarded for the assignment. If they don't (e.g. if you have a rubric of 5 criterion with 4 points each assigned to an assignment that you want to be worth only 5 points it will warn you that you could score 500% on the assignment.
Give teachers an option to have the points prorated or scaled. Scoring a 19 on the rubric in question (20 point rubric on 5 point assignment) should result in an overall score of 4.75. This way they can have much more finely tuned rubrics and not have to manually calculate the actual score and then enter it separately.
