You should be able to go from low to high score or high to low score on rubrics.  Probably one of the most difficult items to complete the way it is (range is a good option but there is a lot of playing around that has to be done before it is correct).  You should be able to have the highest score, even in a range, as one number - perfect is perfect.  So 10-10 should be highest, 0 - 0 should be lowest, and the range can be set for the other criteria.
