[Scheduler] Add Teacher Name to Calendar Appointment

Problem statement:

When there are several teachers in the same course who creates meetings in the calendar are struggling to figure out who the booking belongs to, it makes it harder for them to find their own bookings.

Proposed solution:

Enable teachers to see the signature of the booking owner in the calendar booking.
