[Sections] Anonymity: Provide the Option to Make Section Enrollments Invisible to Students

All sections are currently visible to all students in places such as the Inbox.

This means we cannot use sections for students with additional needs as their status is confidential. So, for elements like assignments where students with these needs are permitted additional time, it is currently only possible to assign them individually, meaning more time spent.

However, if section enrolments had an anonymity option, we could then use these for the administrative purposes for which they are designed - at present, we cannot since they are not confidential or anonymous.

Idea: grant the option to make section enrolments invisible to students, only visible to staff.

This functionality is essential. The usefulness of sections is severely limited without being able to guarantee anonymity of section members.

We at Reykjavik University totally support this.

We need ways to classify students by additional time for assignments and exams.
Sections hidden from students are the way.

Hiding sections in the people list is not an option for us.

We would also use this method to show teachers additional information such as which students are enrolled in exams instead of having to send out a lists by email.
