[SpeedGrader] Add student name to individual submission downloads from within Speedgrader

Problem statement:

When downloading a submission from Speedgrader (using the annotated document download), the student name is not currently added to the download (like it is when using the bulk download of submissions feature in the Gradebook). Not having the student name as part of the document download name causes faculty confusion or requires them to take the extra step of renaming the individual download files(s). For example, Dr. X downloads individual submissions from within Speedgrader as students submit them (instead of using a bulk download from the Gradebook.) When she downloads a paper, she has to remember to change the file name to include the student's name, so it can be easily located on her computer -- for grading purposes and also uploading after she has completed her work.

Proposed solution:

Include the student name as part of the individual student submission download file names when using the annotated document download from within Speedgrader. This change will reduce faculty confusion and/or work time required to rename the files.

Problem statement:

In the Speedgrader context it is possible to download student submissions. When downloading assignments in bulk, each file name is automatically created using the students' names in order to avoid duplicate filenames. When downloading from the Speedgrader page, you get the students' original file names, which lean towards the very generic: myreport.docs This creates confusion.

Proposed solution:

I would like to have Canvas generate file names using the student names when downloading individual files from within Speedgrader. In practice, a generic title like myREport.docx Would become: Smith_Jane_11152022_myREport.docs
