[SpeedGrader] All submissions on one page

Problem statement:

It's annoying to have to click and load a whole new page every time I want to grade another new submission.

Proposed solution:

I would love to be able to see all the submissions for all the students for particular assignment displayed on one page, with the submissions on the left and the comment and grade boxes on the right, so that instead of having to load a whole new page every time I want to grade an item I can just scroll a little bit. It would streamline comments so I could easily put in the same comment for similar submissions, etc.
