[SpeedGrader] Automatically Accept Free Draw Annotation

When annotating on documents in SpeedGrader, the Text Annotation option allows you to type new notes anytime you click.  The Free Draw Annotation lets you add new drawings, but as soon as you let off your mouse, it bounces back to the previous spot unless you have clicked the Accept button.  This not only wastes time, as others have pointed out (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Idea-Conversations/Speed-Grader-Annotations/idc-p/445041#M46252), the Accept and Trash buttons are fairly close together.  I'm sure there are many people who have accidentally trashed a drawing they have meant to keep.

Doing away with the need to "accept" drawings would not only improve efficiency while grading but also be consistent with Text Annotations.
