[Speedgrader] Display last name first in SpeedGrader

If student names are displayed in SpeedGrader, the default is first name, last name.  When a student has a particularly long first name or names, there is not enough space for the last name to be displayed.  

This causes problems for graders who need to identify specific students' work when marking.  It is possible to click the drop down and view the student's full name, however it would be much more convenient to be able to choose for the last name to be displayed first.  This option is already possible in the Gradebook, please make a similar option available in SpeedGrader.

Problem statement:

The only option to view students "Alphabetically" in speedgrader lists them "first last." When student's have 2 or even 3 names they aren't too hard to find. However, many of my students have several first or several last names, making a total of 4-5 names, making it very difficult to find them in the list because there's no way to see which name they're being alphabetized by.

Proposed solution:

I propose the option be available to view alphabetically "last, first" in "speedgrader."
