[Speedgrader] Equation Editor in Annotations

Problem statement:

I would like to provide annotations that include equations on PDFs that students submit for their math work. This would be helpful for students who need to see how a step in their work veered from the correct equation/work.

Proposed solution:

Create an option for an equation editor in the annotation section of speedgrader. This would allow math and science teachers to respond to student work with equations when necessary instead of having to explain a complex equation in words.
