[Student Grades] Forcing students to read feedbacks before seeing marks

Problem statement:

Instructors spend so much time crafting feedback for students' assignments, yet most of them do not even read them. It would be beneficial to both the faculty and the student if students are not allowed to read the feedback until they see their grade marks. I learned from ACUE that most LMSes have this feature, but Canvas doesn't have it. I hope it will be added soon.

Proposed solution:

Force students to see the feedback page first, then click a button to see their grade marks.

From the ACUE workshop, it sounded like Blackboard and other LMSes have that feature.
