[Student View] Allow Test Student to be added in the Assign To box

Student View functionality for assignments (especially quizzes) is limited because Test Student only falls under "everyone". You cannot differentiate an assignment to allow Test Student to enter an assignment or quiz earlier.

Please allow Test Student to show up in the student picker for Assign To, to allow teachers to let the Test Student in to activities early during testing, without risking changing the Everyone availability that might allow real students before they should be.

This is exactly what I wanted to suggest!

Being able to assign the test student to an assignment, quiz, etc., would help greatly with trialling the assignment before making it available.
