[Student View] Allow teacher email address to be sent on LTI 1.1 launches while in Student View

Problem statement:

While masquerading in STUDENT VIEW I am unable to login into LTI tools. Here is the precise message I receive from an LTI tool; "It looks like your LMS is not sending an email. Please check with your district LMS administrator to confirm your LMS is configured to send email addresses with LTI 1.1 launches." As a middle school teacher, I use a large digital classroom display to model everything for the students. To do this I prefer STUDENT VIEW to match my student's User Interface. It is frustrating when I can't login to things like Google (for example I can't view my own embedded slides while in student view, won't let me login), Amplify Science, etc. that I use everyday.

Proposed solution:

Allow my teacher email address to allow ALL external tools (Google, LTI 1.1 tools, etc) to work while in STUDENT VIEW so I can model their User Interface and me a more effective middle school teacher.
