[Studio] Auto-publish Captions

Problem statement:

Thank you for adding auto captions without the need to request captions. That is a game changer! I would love to see the captions also auto-published; that would save so much time and frustration. Another thing is that when students leave video replies, most don't know about captions, or the importance of them. With that, their posts would come with captions automatically.

Proposed solution:

Create the option to auto publish (either for the individual user or in the sub accounts). The captions may not perfect yet, but they will be there and can be edited. We have so many teachers that do not think about captions at all.
