[Studio] Bulk adding students to a Canvas Studio Group

Problem statement:

Adding students one at a time to Canvas Studio Groups is untenable at scale.

Proposed solution:

When adding members to a Canvas Studio Group, if we could add/remove students to Canvas Studio Groups by Canvas groups or Sections from a particular course, or multiple courses, it would make Canvas Studio collections much more useful.
