[Studio] Self monitoring Videos

Problem statement:

For a course which has a number of videos to go over solutions it is easy to miss if the video was watched or paused to return back later.

Proposed solution:

It will be helpful to have an option for students to track their own progress such as if they finished watching or paused a video to resume from the place they left watching. This is similar to insight tab currently available to admin and instructor
