The current situation is that the due date appears inconspicuously below the activity title in the to-do lists on the Dashboard and in the course. Students would like to see the due date highlighted more prominently so that it is always immediately visible.
Give the due date more prominence, for example by putting it in front of the title and the title behind it, or by making it bold and slightly larger. Another way to highlight due dates is to use additional color coding, such as a traffic light system. For example, events that are due within the next 3 days in red, events that are due within 14 days in yellow, and all later events in green. Example 🟥 12.10.2024 Task A 🟨 22.10.2024 Task B 🟩 18.11.2024 Task C. Students would be able to quickly grasp the to-do list at a glance and quickly see the dates that are relevant to them.
