[To Do] Optimise To-Do List expiry dates

Problem statement:

Students have identified that the To-Do List on the side menu shows all tasks and notifications, until you manually remove one by clicking the cross or it removes itself when a task has been completed. The rest remain on the To-Do List after the deadline until manually removed which takes up space for the next most urgent tasks and notifications.

Proposed solution:

A suggestion was to automatically remove the tasks and notifications after the deadline, or possibly 24 hours after the deadline, to create space for upcoming urgent tasks and notifications.
