[To Do] add ability to hide completed tasks from the dashboard

Problem statement:

Most tools that implement some sort of todo-list feature allow users to hide completed tasks (or hide completed tasks by default). This makes it easy for users to focus on tasks they have yet to complete, without screen real estate being cluttered by completed tasks.

Proposed solution:

Allow users to hide completed tasks in the Dashboard view. This will allow them to focus on tasks they still need to do, make the interface more minimal and intuitive, and improve productivity.
