Access to module lectures

I am having issues with viewing the lectures after the first lecture across all of my classes on the mobile app and on the platform, however, I don’t have this issue on the Laptop version of canvass. Please advise. (There are several of us with this issue since yesterday) I have opened a ticket with the university also.

Thanks for posting this in the Global Canvas Community! I'm sorry you are experiencing trouble viewing module lectures. 

Since this only seems to be isolated to the mobile app, there are a few things you could try to troubleshoot the behavior further. 

• Have you tried to reset/clear the cache on the app? HERE is a guide on how to do that on iOS. On Android this can be done in the device settings screen. 
• Is your app and OS completely up to date? 
• Does deleting the app and reinstalling make any difference? 
• Are you able to view the lectures while using your mobile browser instead? 
• Are the lectures embedded using a specific external/third party tool such as Kaltura?
