Canvas Mobile App

Whenever I open a lecture video on my canvas app it plays briefly. When I make the screen smaller to also use my notes app the video crashes, I already uninstalled and reinstalled canvas, I am not sure how to fix this issue.

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. It is likely your internet browser and/or device and we recommend trying to clear the cache from the device itself:

If that doesn't resolve it, can you watch the video on a regular browser or does it crash there as well? How small are you making the window for the video? Depending on the type of file it is, how it was embedded, and the permissions or restrictions around it  - you may need to watch this on a regular browser or load it on the app without downsizing the window too small. Hopefully this helps.
