I've been using the Canvas Parent app for my son for a few years now. It was working fine until recently (including this school year). When trying to load grades for ANY class, an unexpected error is returned. There is a retry option, but that doesn't help. I've cleared my browser cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Other functions within the parent app are working (for example, it will load the front page for each course). Out of ideas, need help!

If you've already cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc. all to no avail? I'd probably try contacting Canvas Support.
Because of the complexity of the issue, and the concerns for privacy, it would be best if you contacted Canvas Support directly to pinpoint the source of the issue and provide a resolution:

It is also not showing if work is submitted/missing.
