Files not loading in Teacher app

When using the iOS Teacher app since Thurs 11/21/24, when I try to load files I see "spinners" but no files.

I tried restarting and shutting down my iPad.  I also deleted and re-installed the Teacher app.

Files are viewable from the Grades module of the laptop version.

I installed the latest version of iOS (18.1.1), and later in the weekend, the app was working.  I did activate the "clear cache on launch" option in my app settings.  The app is performing well now.  Thanks for all your help!
