Mobile App not responding or loading

I haven't seen an answer to this yet.

I got kicked out of my canvas app which I was using regularly for my classes. When I tried to log back in, I was able to select my school and hit "NEXT". Nothing loads. It stays a white screen. How do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out, I think for something like this, you will likely want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as clearing the app cache for the student app. If it's still not loading, you could try the QR login method to see if it works, or reach out to Canvas support.
