iOS Not Allowing Attachments in Canvas Messages

One of the teachers in my building cannot attach photos or files to her messages in the Canvas Teacher App on her iPad. Every time she tries, it gives her an error and says it can not upload or upload failed and cannot be sent. She is updated to iOS 18.3.1. She can attach photos and files on her laptop, so I do not think storage is an issue. However, I did delete some of the messages in her inbox to see if that was an issue. I reset her cache, deleted the app, restarted the iPad, and downloaded the app again. The file size is not too large. I cross-checked all of her settings with my iPad (which attached a file successfully) and everything is the same -- all of the iPad settings and the Canvas teacher settings. Has anyone run into this issue before? Thank you for your help!
