qr codes

I am trying to log onto the canvas on my personal laptop and I already have a school account but on a separate computer. I have also printed out a qr code from my school computer, because there is a tab that says mobile login. It wont let me get back into my account though. 

Please help.

Hi @KENNAWOOD,

The QR codes only work to login from the mobile apps, so those won't be helpful when trying to login to a laptop.  If you're unable to login, you'd likely need to contact your school/institution's IT help desk to have them verify your account is active and possibly reset your password.
