Canvas Parent Release Notes (iOS 3.20)

Canvas iOS app version updates are distributed in a phased rollout, which distributes the update to all users enrolled in automatic updates over time. The features in these notes may not immediately be available, but iOS users can manually update the app at any time in the App Store. The Canvas Parent iOS App requires iOS 16.0 or later.

Parent App Updates

  • The current grading period is automatically selected when opening the Grades screen.
  • Letter grades display accurately across all supported scenarios.
  • The Grades screen displays assignments only for the selected observee.
