Issues with 2nd student added

Hi there, so I've paired with both of my kids. I've confirmed this under Accounts/Observing. It shows both of them under "Students Being Observed". But when I go to the home page, I only see classes for one of the kids. This is on a desktop, via a web browser. When I log into the blue observer app, the drop down is only showing the one kiddo. Even though the 2nd is listed on the website, it looks like they're not being recognized fully. Could someone please help?

I've tried removing the student and re-adding them. No change.
