I am trying to do a typical grade sync from Canvas to Aspire/SIS, but it continues to fail with a 502 status code when clicking on the "Sync SIS Categories" option under "Assignments." I emailed Canvas and have not heard back. I called the Canvas Support Hotline and was told it was a server error on the Aspire/SIS side and that there was no solution or time frame. I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and if you were able to get it resolved. Thank you!

Hello @MaryEtherington
I am sorry to see your question has gone so long without an answer!
With that error it's best to report it to your administrators as it's likely not something that you will be able to fix from your end. Typically whoever manages your information system will need to reach out to Aspire to have them investigate the specific error. However I imagine that at this time you are not experiencing this issue any more.
