I have seen several people post similar questions here in the Canvas Community. There are a handful of suggestions that you can try on your own:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. In general, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are great browser to use when navigating around Canvas.
- Clear your browser cache/history. After you do this, close your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Contact the University of Alabama at Birmingham's eLearning department. They may have some suggestions for you. I visited their website, and I found the following page for you which has some technical support contact information: Canvas - eLearning | UAB.
- Reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have some other things for you to try, too. How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
