There needs to be a feature that when instructors go to roster they can click a button for more time for assignments for certain students. Could ask which assignments (check boxes) and if it needs double or 1.5 or write in requirements (like +1 __Days___ after due date). Then it would automatically populate it through to all the assignments for that particular student.
Also there should be an option in quizzes that says reveal answers __#___of days after due date. That would be helpful too. (if you want to go crazy could have option: minutes, hours, days, weeks. It makes it easier when copying quizzes from one semester to another semester, to not have to change just the due date and the show date. Also sometimes I do not cover content by the day I set the due date to, so then I have to rechange not only the due date (which on the calendar is very easy) but also have to go in and fix the show by date.
