Account Level Report for Unmarked Assignments

Hi

Wondering if there is any account level report that shows all the unmarked assignments inside the subjects?

I am thinking of something like 'Students with no submissions' report.

For example it could be called 'students with  unmarked assignments'.

We need such a report to monitor the teachers' marking activities.
