Hello,
I designed a course that allows participants to earn a certificate after earning a passing score on an assessment and rain into the following issues:
Any recommendations?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@MarizaydaTorres Based on the documentation provided by Accredible, How Credentials are Issued through the Canvas Integration with Accredible, the certificate is awarded once the module containing the certificate is unlocked. If the students received the certificate without passing the quiz, most likely either the certificate was added to the same module as the quiz (not one following the module containing the quiz), the requirements were incorrectly set on the quiz, and/or the prerequisite on the module with the certificate was incorrectly set. Without knowing the exact configuration of the modules in the course where the issue occurred, pinpointing the causing is impossible. You may also want to reach out to Accredible support for assistance, and the awarding of the certificate is done by them and Accredible is an LTI and not a native part of Canvas.
Howdy @mari
Thanks for sharing your questions with the community.
Did you build the assessment as a Classic Quiz; or was it built using New Quizzes or other LTI assignment?
Looking forward to your response.
