I am not sure I understand your question.  What do you mean by "build my cell" and "how i can activate the section once i have uploaded the cell"?  I replied to your other question here: hello. re annoucements...how do i make them active... - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com) ... however I'm not sure if this is related to the question you are asking in this particular thread.  So, it would help if you could provide additional clarification about this question so that Community members can be of assistance.  Thank you!
