Add people to the Account Role profile.

On the permission page in Account Role, I created a profile with some permissions, but I’m unable to add people to it. I went to Settings > Admin> ADD Admin, but the profile I created doesn’t appear. How do I enable it?

Hi @Admvision,
My first suggestion would be to reach out to our support team for questions of this nature. But since you've caught me passing through, two areas to check would be:

  • Ensure the "Account Admin" role has all permissions switched on. Issues arise if an account role has a permission turned on that an account admin does not
  • Ensure that the role exists at the account level and not the sub account level (however this issue looks less likely).
