I am wanting to know if there is a way to customize pop up notifications for certain courses for a certain amount of time and say something unique.
For instance, when we send out our SETs for the Trimester, we would like a pop up notification to come up when entering the course that continuously pops up until a designated date.

Hello @JLuchsinger
It depends on what your institution has, but Instructure has a product called Impact where you can create pop-up messages anywhere in Canvas along with data analytics. This product of course comes at a cost.
Hi @JLuchsinger,
Aside from Impact, which @masantos, you could potentially accomplish this with your own custom javascript/css in the account theme area. This would not incur additional cost to Instructure like Impact, but you'd need to develop the code and maintain it as Canvas changes through the months and years to ensure it still functioned as you desire. if you have a developer on your team, this might be relatively easy, but if you don't have anyone with decent scripting knowledge, I'd definitely recommend looking at Impact.
