Newly added Admin Role is not appearing in Account Admin Dropdown while creating an Admin

Hi @SenthilKumar 

Was the new admin role created under a different sub-account, by any chance?  Both course and admin roles can be created and edited at the sub-account level, which means they are not in effect outside of the sub-account.

Hi @SenthilKumar,

In addition to what @mzimmerman mentioned as a possibility, I think there is also a Canvas server-side cache, which means there can sometimes be a delay (a few minutes to perhaps a couple hours) in seeing newly created roles.  That could be what you experienced here.
