Alerts are not sent

Hi, from my subaccount admin access, I set up an alert admin functionality to send a reminder to multiple roles when an activity is submmited and more than a day has passed. As the days go by, no alert is sent. Do you know if there's anything else I need to configure? Thanks.

@lwisfranco Do you have a subscription to any of the Instructure tools outside of Canvas LMS? I have never seen this alert feature in our instance.

Hi James, it's the normal subscription and native tool, I accessed it as the Instance Administrator.

Alerts is a legacy feature that a very few institutions have enabled. Please reach out to Canvas Support for specialized assistance! They'll be able to take a closer look at your instance and offer advice that is not available in the Community.
