Alignments Showing a past deleted Outcome

Hello,

I am still a relatively novice learner of the outcomes features on Canvas. I have a course with outcomes, but two were previously deleted from the outcomes tab, but are showing up as alignments with no assignment alignments. They are also not featured on any rubric for the course.

Is there a way to remove these two from the alignments?

They are showing up on the Mastery Gradebook and I would like to remove them.
