Announcement on the home page

The course announcements are located at the top of my homepage. I'm attaching a screenshot. How can I rearrange the page and move them to the bottom?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to move those announcements to the bottom of your "Home" page.  In your course "Settings" page, on the "Course Details" page, if you scroll down near the bottom of that page, you'll see a checkbox for "Show recent announcements on Course home page".  This allows you to show a specified number of announcements on your "Home" page, but it does not allow you to move them to the bottom.

This would be something that you'd have to submit as a feature request here in the Canvas Community if you wanted an option like this.  However, the entire feature idea process is on hold at the moment while a new voting process is being worked on.  You can read more about that at: Turning Your Feedback into Better Prioritization and Release Processes: Our Path Forward.
