Are all announcements emailed to students when they are published?

Hi there @NicoleMiller412 ,

The answer depends on the student's notification settings that they have set-up at the user-account level. If a student wishes to be notified via email or other means of new announcements, they can wish to have these notifications enabled. However, if they do not want to receive these notifications, they can disable them.
