Anonymous Instructor Annotations

hi, how can I enable anonymous instructor comments on speedgrader?

I do not see the 'Anonymous Instructor Annotations' as stated on this guide https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-enable-anonymous-instructor-annotations...

Also, is there a way to download the assignment submissions together with instructor annotations as a docx? Currently I can only download it as a pdf which is quite troublesome.

Welcome, and thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!

The reason you're unable to see Anonymous Instructor Annotations is because your Canvas Admin has disabled that feature at the account-level. You would need to reach out to your Canvas Admin directly to see if this would be something they'd be willing to turn on for you. Once they enable this feature, you will be able to locate it in your course settings, and enable it.

Also, with the assignment submissions download, I'm honestly not too sure, however mine always seem to download as a pdf, and I don't have an option anywhere to change it. I apologize that this method is troublesome in your situation.
