Assignment Appearing as Full Day Event in Google Calendar

A faculty member has subscribed to the Calendar feed using Google Calendar. In Canvas, they added an "Available From" and "Due Date" for an assignment. The assignment appears in Google Calendar. However, the assignment appears as an all day event on the date the assignment's due instead of being shown as an event with a time. Is there any way to have the assignment be shown as an event with a time (with the time being the "Due Date")?

Hi @pizzaPineapple,

From some quick testing that I have done, for the "Due Date", I believe that if 12 AM is used for the time of the assignment, the Google Calendar will consider it to be an all-day event but if a specific time is entered it will appear at that time.

Can you have them try that?
