Assignment disappeared

Please help me!  I have created 3 new assignment pages and each time, when I am done and click on the blank assignment page to make a copy to start a new assignment, the previous assignment I just made disappears and is NOWHERE to be found.  Not in history, not in pages, back button does not work.

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!

I recommend going to the homepage of your course, and going to the URL and adding /undelete to the end (it should be right after your course ID, example: yourschool.instructure.com/courses/100/undelete). This will bring up a menu that will allow you to see your deleted assignments or other items and will allow you to restore them.
