Assignment not opening after the professor tries to open it

My professor tried to open two exams that were never opened for me. When he made it available for me to take those exams, it still won't let me open It even after my professor opened and extended the due date for me. My professor doesn't know what to do and I don't either plus I need a grade in these two exams.  Im asking why it wont let me take my exams.

I would suggest that your professor contact your school's Canvas administrator to figure out a solution. We'd have to see how your professor tried to set up your exam to figure out what went wrong.
