A student visited the "Assignments" page using her Fujitsu laptop for 2 courses, she could access the page, but the assignment list just won't load as expected. But when she switches to using her mobile phone, she sees the assignment list. In addition, as admin I could see the assignment list when I view as the student.
PC software: Windows 11
We've had her tried:
But none worked.
We've also checked:
We're currently asking the student to delete browser app Chrome and download it again. But would like to ask if there's anything else we could try/test.

@IreneYeh I think that deleting and re-downloading Chrome is a good idea. I would make sure that the profile is deleted on uninstall, then when Chrome is installed, don't sign into Chrome and try accessing Canvas again.
However, I would also see if there's anything on the computer such as a proxy or VPN that's active on the computer that may be intercepting and blocking the connection. It definitely sounds like it's a computer-specific problem and not a problem with Canvas access (like unpublished items, etc).
Does the student have any chrome extensions installed (which might have also been imported by Edge)? Extensions by default don't work in incognito, but the student may have allowed it at some time in the past.
If they log in to their previous account after the reinstall, the extension may be redownloaded, and it may still not work, I'd recommend disabling all extensions to check, and if it works, then check one by one.
