Assistance is required to access my calendar

• Dear sir/madam

Since Monday I don't have access to all my subjects as I only receive some subjects in my calendar.  From today, I cannot open my calendar, dashboard and announcements which resulted in my not being able to attend my classrooms.

I have used the new link to open canvas but it still does not work.  My calendar is a white space.  I have sent emails and whatsapp messages but I was not answered.

I would appreciate if anybody can assist me.

Based on your description, the most likely cause of this is an out-of-date browser. Please check the version of the browser you're using to access Canvas (preferably Chrome or Firefox) with those listed in What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas? and if your browser is older than those listed, update as needed. You can also access your courses through the Canvas Student App on your mobile device.
