I am wondering what changed in Canvas that my audio course files are not downloadable when I right click the icon. Thanks for your help with this. Jen

Hi Jen, 

If you're recording audio directly through Canvas using the "Media>Upload/Record Media" function in the Rich Content Editor while editing a page then these recordings will be stored within the uploaded media folder within the course.

The recordings will look like the attached screenshot below if there is no title/name given to the file.

Hi tbrinton,

Thank you for your suggestion. I do know how to upload files onto the course. AndI am not recording audio directly through Canvas. The problem is they are no longer downloadable within the module section of the course I manage. This is a change within Canvas. You used to be able to right click and save the audio. This is important for my students to be able to download files I upload to the module. I would love support with this!! Jen
