Auto-Response in Canvas Inbox

Good Afternoon,

I was hoping to have some assistance or advice regarding auto-responses in the Canvas Inbox. 

The setting is enabled. I have created an out-of-office time frame and message as well as turned it on. The characters of the email are less than 255. However, when students or anyone else responds to my emails, the auto-response will not be delivered. Additionally, if anyone emails me first, the auto-response will not work either.

I don't have a solution for you, but my supervisor and I were testing out this same thing last week, and he never received an out-of-office response, either.  You might want to report this to Canvas Support so they can take a look at it and address any potential issues.
