BetterCampus submission issue

Hello,

My name is Kyla, and I am a student using Canvas with the Google extension " BETTERCAMPUS" . I’ve been experiencing an issue where the extension indicates that my assignments have been submitted, but when I check directly in Canvas and turn the extension off, they appear as not turned in.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this problem or let me know the next steps to fix it?

Hi @Kejones17,

My advice as a Canvas admin in higher-ed would be to trust whatever Canvas tells you without the use of any extensions.  Extensions can be made by anyone, and Instructure is not involved in any of them at all.  They really are a "use at your own risk" type of thing.  Sometimes there will be contact info for a developer of the extension in the store where you acquired the extension though.  if that is the case, you could send them a message to let them know the extension may be broken.
